Nausea and vomiting secondary to hydronephrosis in palliative patients
Abstract
Nausea and vomiting are common symptoms that can cause enormous misery for cancer patients. Â Nausea and vomiting as it occurs in patients with cancer of the cervix is discussed to illustrate the importance of the need for improving palliative care in Africa as well as the need to improve early diagnosis and early management of cancer.
